Hello everyone. I hope you are having a wonderful Sunday wherever you are. I am happy to tell you that we have received a postcard today from one of the most amazing places, Kauai in Hawaii. I haven’t been there yet, but it definitely is on my bucket list and now I am inspired to go there even more. It was sent to us by Mia, a travel blogger and photographer. Mia’s mission is to encourage others to get out and appreciate the beauty this world encompasses. I think she is doing a great job. What about you?
My friends and I planned to reach the furthest point in Kauai’s Waimea Canyon during sunrise to catch the beauty of the sun gradually illuminating the canyon. Throughout the muddy, uneven terrain, the sun stayed shielded by thick fog that revealed the beauty of the vibrant hill formations. While all of us were covered in mud and sweat, none of us wanted to leave this breathless wonder.
Thank you, Mia, for this lovely postcard. Happy travels to you. And you, my lovely readers, if you want to know Mia a little bit better, you visit her blog The Karpe Diem or her Instagram page for more travel inspiration.
P.S. If you would also like to send us a postard, you can find the details here.
